Your data is yours. You own the messages, photos, and videos you create in The Perfect Gift. We only store them securely until it’s time to deliver them.
We protect your privacy. We don’t sell your data, ever. Your information is only shared when needed to run the app (like secure hosting) or if required by law.
We use secure servers. Your data is encrypted and protected, though no system can be 100% guaranteed.
You’re in control. You can access, edit, or delete your account and content at any time.
Children need guidance. Our app isn’t designed for kids under 13. Parents must supervise use.
Ownership of Content: Users retain all rights, title, and interest in the content they create and upload within The Perfect Gift. By uploading such content, you grant The Perfect Gift a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and deliver the content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Data Sharing: The Perfect Gift does not sell or rent personal data. Information may be shared with service providers who assist in operating the platform, or if legally required.
Data Security: All user data is stored on secure servers with encryption and industry-standard protections. While reasonable safeguards are applied, The Perfect Gift cannot guarantee absolute security
User Rights: Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data, subject to applicable privacy laws (GDPR, PIPEDA, etc.). Requests can be made via info@theperfectgiftapp.com
Children’s Privacy: The Perfect Gift does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parental consent and supervision are required if the service is used by minors.
Terms of Service
By using the app, you agree to play fair. Don’t share harmful or abusive content.
You own your words and memories. We don’t take them from you—we just deliver them at the right time.
Keep your login safe. You’re responsible for your account security.
We set limits. If someone misuses the app, we may suspend or close their account.
We care, but we can’t promise perfection. Sometimes tech hiccups happen. We’re not liable for missed deliveries or emotional outcomes tied to the service.
Local laws apply. Disputes will follow the laws where we’re registered.
Acceptance of Terms: By creating an account or using The Perfect Gift, users agree to comply with these Terms. Prohibited uses include uploading harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
Intellectual Property: Users retain ownership of their content. By submitting content, users grant The Perfect Gift a limited license to store and deliver it.
User Responsibility: Users are responsible for maintaining account security and are liable for actions under their account.
Account Termination: The Perfect Gift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Limitation of Liability: The Perfect Gift provides services “as is” without warranties. The company is not responsible for missed deliveries, technical failures, or emotional/psychological outcomes tied to use of the service.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
